Wage Street Gaming Rules

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all rules of Wage Street Gaming, and these rules apply to each user.

If you are found to have changed a roster, game variant, formation, or other mutually agreed upon match details to provide for a competitive advantage or without proven consent of the other player, the host or manipulating player will forfeit the match. These offenses carry consequences and can result in the offending player being banned from Wage Street Gaming at our sole discretion.

In game spectators outside of Wage Street Gaming appointed personnel or hosts are explicitly prohibited.

If a player is found to be intentionally manipulating their internet connection to give themselves a competitive advantage, that player will forfeit the match and potentially be banned from Wage Street Gaming.

Reporting

Players must complete the match at the agreed upon time.

If a match result is not reported within 2 hours of match completion, the match will be considered abandoned. Abandoned matches are not reported on a player’s profile and funds are returned to each Player’s account once the match is considered abandoned. Once a match is abandoned, it can no longer be counted on WSG.

Upon completion of a match, if one player does not confirm or contest within 2 hours of the match being completed, the initial reported score will be confirmed.

Match Contention

In order to provide a fair and equitable platform, Wage Street Gaming reserves the right to review contested matches. Players contesting matches must provide a detailed explanation and citations supporting their dispute of a match.

Players are strongly advised to record all matches and post streams afterward to ensure their ability to provide evidence of contention. Players’ disputes without video or other irrefutable evidence will be dismissed. At a very minimum, take screen shots and ensure your opponent’s gamertag is visible. Protect yourself and your investment by ensuring you are able to record and upload matches prior to engagement of the betting platform. ‘How to’ instructional material and walkthroughs on streaming and recording are widely available on the internet. Test it out first, you’ll be thankful later.

Match settings are to be agreed upon by both players prior to the match within the Wage Street Gaming Forums. If the host is found to be in violation of manipulating match settings or rosters to provide an unfair advantage and without consent of their opponent, the match shall be forfeited to their opponent if the match is contested and evidence supports the dispute.

Use Wage Street Gaming forums to delineate match settings and rules prior to engagement. Players are not obligated to complete matches outside of agreed upon settings. Evidence of contested settings is required once a match is completed and disputed. If a player contests a match and the host has not provided evidence of match settings to prove otherwise, the host will forfeit the match if it is disputed. Accidentally playing a match outside of the settings you ‘thought’ were intended is not evidence enough to overturn a match. Wage Street Gaming takes every step we can to provide a fair gaming environment. The more evidence you provide to support your dispute, the more likely we are to make a fair assessment.

Claiming a win for a match that has not been played is a not permitted. Players repeatedly claiming wins for matches that have not been played will be banned.

Players repeatedly exiting matches prematurely, especially when losing, will be reviewed and potentially banned. Exiting matches prematurely and subsequently disputing results, especially without evidence of misconduct, can potentially result in being banned from Wage Street Gaming.

Players found to be manipulating evidence will immediately forfeit the disputed match, be permanently banned and the balance of their account held indefinitely. Players intentionally deceiving their opponents or Wage Street Gaming in order to gain an unfair advantage or steal from other players will forfeit all balances and ledgers held at Wage Street Gaming. Perpetrators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Don’t cheat, it’s that simple.

Code of Conduct

Players found to be engaging in the following inflammatory behaviors on Wage Street Gaming are subject to being banned either temporarily or permanently:

• • Promoting hatred and prejudice
• • Promoting, threatening or discussing explicit sexuality or violence
• • Releasing personal information of themselves or others within the community
• • Posting cheats or hacks outside of appropriate discourse
• • Impersonating a Wage Street Gaming Employee, Administrator or Expert
• • Using attacking language including offensive, obscene or vulgar language
• • Harassing other players
• • Promoting illicit drugs or other contraband
• • Promoting competing or otherwise inappropriate forums or platforms
• • Advertising for anything unrelated or irrelevant to WSG
• • Circumventing a ban or suspension

We want Wage Street Gaming Forums to be a fun and safe environment for all players. While engaging on our forums, you will encounter hundreds of players who share different experiences and backgrounds. We will do everything we can to make these forums pertinent, fun, entertaining and useful and our expectation is that you will do the same.
